Even though I am (Karolina) the founder of this website, my family is my everything, so I will write about us all.
The cute guy that you can see on the photo with me, holding the flag is my husband Patryk.
Ever since we met, we wanted to travel the world together. Our journey started in 2012, since that time we visited 50+ countries around the Globe. If you want to read more about adventures check out our Travel Blog.
10 years ago, when we met, we were dreaming to escape our homeland. It seemed too boring, too predictable, too familiar.
We always thought that life is better abroad. After being nomadic for a few years, we felt we needed to settle down somewhere.
The more we saw, the more we realised that we have always had the most beautiful places at our fingertips.
I guess we needed to live abroad for a while to discover the beauty of our homeland- Poland.
When we found out that I am pregnant in 2017, we both knew that it’s the right time to finish our nomadic life.
We bought a flat in southeastern Poland, close to my parents.
Our baby girl was born at the beginning of 2018. We soon realised that she is a world traveler, just like her parents.
Giving up on traveling entirely wasn’t an option, so at the end of the day, we’ve just changed our travel style.
Poland became our base and we were visiting new countries every month or two.
Our second baby, Kostek was born in October 2020.
The world is crazy right now, so we are kind of forced to stay in Poland. I can’t say we feel bad about it!
Exploring our homeland is what we have dreamed of for a long time. We are taking short and longer trips as often as we can.
Being native Poles make us know Poland really well.
Our experience in traveling full time helps us understand what people visiting new countries what to know.
Both me and my husband work in the hospitality industry. Patryk is a hotel marketing expert.
I take care of Mia and I’m blogging in my free time.
First of all- we absolutely love the fact that Poland is SAFE. Honestly, it’s one of the safest country to travel to.
It’s also still less popular than Western European countries like UK, Germany, or France. You won’t see hordes of tourist in Poland (except for Krakow in a high season!).
The other thing that we love about Poland that it has it all: from majestic mountains on the south to the beautiful city on the north.
Because of rich history, there is no shortage of amazing monuments in Poland as well. If you like big cities, you will find the modern facilites in Warsaw, Łódź, or Poznań.
Fans of nature will fall in love with Polish mountains.
No matter where you travel, Polish food is delicious everywhere!
Last but not least- Poland is cheap!
