The fountain is placed behind the Royal Castle, and it is a great place to go with kids. In winter, the fountain’s water is replaced by colorful lights that move around like a dance. On weekends, the fountain turns into an animated sculpture that shows colorful displays with Christmas music.

Another fun thing about this place is that the park is located much lower than the Old City, and there is a big hill, that kids can slide from.

Winter Illumination In Wilanów Palace

There is an annual festival held in Wilanow, during which the entire park is illuminated by beautiful and mysterious lights. It lasts all winter season.

This used to be a residence of one of the greatest kings of Poland, Jan III Sobieski, therefore the palace and garden, are both spectacular places all year round. But the magical, winter, installation will surely impress you, with a unique atmosphere and ambiance.

Ilumination Path In Wilanow Park

From December to February, you can enjoy a specially prepared illumination path that leads through the most beautiful parts of the park. There are extra shows on the weekends.
